GARMAT 3000- DOWNDRAFT
The 3000 Series is Garmat® USA’s premier downdraft spray booth, delivering superior airflow, a sleek, modern cabin design, and the most effective lighting on the market. Built for maximum performance and efficiency, it features dual inlet reverse incline fans with airfoil blades, horizontally placed lighting for virtually shadow-free illumination, and a spacious 27′ cabin with 10-foot wide vehicle entrance doors.
Standard features include Garmat’s intuitive touchscreen controls, interior-accessible 4-tube light fixtures, easy-access filters, insulated wall and roof panels, and heavy-duty, lightweight grates over a three-row pit system. Additional enhancements such as a direct-fired burner, optional Quick-Cure temp controller, and a programmable logic controller provide faster cycle times and greater energy efficiency.

HIGH BAY
When extra height is needed, the Hi Roof Series from Garmat® USA offers the perfect solution. Designed with a higher entry door to accommodate taller vehicles like Sprinter vans, the Hi Roof Series adapts from any of Garmat’s existing booth models, including the 3000 Series and Tier1.

FRONTIER "PITLESS" DOWNDRAFT
The Frontier Series sets a new standard for performance and efficiency. Featuring Garmat’s patented modified downdraft airflow (US Patent 6533654B2), air surrounds the vehicle and is drawn through rear filters, ensuring superior paint jobs every time. The self-contained mechanical system is integrated into the booth’s roof, saving valuable floor space and eliminating the need for costly pit excavation.
With a Dual Inlet Reverse Incline Fan and airfoil blades on the exhaust, the Frontier delivers the most consistent airflow of any modified downdraft booth on the market.

Standard booth sizes range from 35′ to 70′ in length, with widths and heights starting at 16′, but custom dimensions are readily available. PREP STATIONS
Garmat® USA Preparation Areas are designed to efficiently remove dust and contaminants from the work environment, helping maintain a cleaner shop and higher-quality finishes. These units can either exhaust filtered air outside or recycle it back into the shop. Please note: spraying or priming is not permitted in preparation areas, per local fire marshal regulations.
Available in single or double units, with cross draft or downdraft airflow options, each preparation area features a two-stage filtration system for optimal air quality.
